Extracting Files from the Zip

To maintain the integrity between the linked audio files and the slides, please follow these simple instructions:

a) From the e-portfolio, click on the link to the artifact and ensure that it has fully downloaded to your computer
(note where it has downloaded)

b) Create a new folder on your desktop and name it

c) Extract all of the contents (using WinZip or other software) from the zip file directly to the folder you created
(opening the file directly in the zip directory will not maintain the audio links)

d) After the files have been extracted, open the new folder and search for the file with the .pps extension.
Double click this file and the artifact will run as a slide show with synchronized audio
